Fun fact: I have predicted proposals on the beach moments before they happen! My wife thinks it’s because I am an excellent judge of character. And it’s true — for the simple reason that I’m highly attuned to body language and human energy.

On your wedding day, I’ll be able to tell if you’re stressed. And I’ll casually pull you out of that frustrating emotion with a quick joke or a kind word. Or, if I see that you’re having the time of your life, I’ll find a way to let you linger in that feeling a little longer.

A Party on Your
Own Terms

If you tell me you want a high-energy party, I’ll be right alongside you on the dance floor (I find that I capture it best when I’m IN it). Or, if you prefer something more low-key, I’ll slap on a long lens, dress in camo, and lay in the grass to stay out of view at your ceremony.

In other words, whatever it takes for me to help you feel comfortable AND get amazing footage, that’s what I’ll do. (Without actual camo!)

All In, All the Time

When I was younger, I wanted to be the next Steven Spielberg. So, I went to the University of Florida on a full ride for TV production. But it wasn’t until nearly a decade after graduation that I found my way back to film—and in a way you’d never expect.

In 2018, I started a kayak business in Sarasota. Never one to do anything halfway, I got a GoPro and a drone so I could capture usable footage of our kayaking adventures. (Because, let’s be honest, dolphins look a whole lot cooler when they’re filmed from above!)

A wedding planner friend saw my footage and asked me to film her clients’ wedding. And so, as is my nature, I went “all in” to make their experience great—never guessing it would return me to my first love: film.

Today, filming weddings allows me to go “all in” for you. And ensuring your day is amazing is like jet fuel in my veins. So, let’s make your day unforgettable - and your film unforgettable too.

I grew up living between the United States and my birth country of Nicaragua

To provide our two children with an immersive experience in other cultures, we take two months of each summer to live in another country. The experience naturally inspires and impacts character in all of us.
My wife and I had a multi-day, rural Arkansas wedding

Bonfires and mudding included. It was awesome.
The Daddy/Daughter dance gets me every time

Now that my daughter is more of a person than a doughy ball of skin, the feels of the daddy-daughter dance are real to me now. And I hug my little girl a bit tighter after each wedding.
